Reiki:

This is a natural healing therapy, Orininated in Japan, it is one of the oldest healing therapies. Reiki is the Jananes for Universal Lift Force or life force energy, The practitioner uses a hnds-on technique to promote the flow positive energy through the body, thus enableingit to heal itself, be imotional or physical. Reiki is of a spiritual nature but not a belief system, healing goese where it is needed

Stones of the Earth

This is an ancient method of healing massage that has been practised by Native Americans for centuries. The use of hot/cold stones together with essential oils, are moved over the body bringing smooth waves to melt away tension, stress pains of the day or those accumulated from the past. This treatment is very effective in bringing about balance, rejuvenation,comfort and grounding. Thus achiving the harmony we all need in mind and body. There are tow treatments available, Back Treatment lasting 1hr - Cost = €52, or Full Body lasting 1hr 30mins. Cost = €100

Signature Massage:

With over 30 years experience in Beauty and Well Being, we have developed our own massage technique to relieve tension, pain, and stress of the back or full body.

Back Massage:

30mins treatment- Cost - €36. Full Body Treatment- 60mins - Cost - €73

Indian Head Massage:

This is an excellent treatment for specific work on the upper body. Concentrating on the shoulders, neck, head and face. There are no oils or creams used in the massage, it is known as a "dry" massage.
